What this site is
The Brand Devotion Index publishes a score for each brand it covers, built from publicly available information: customer reviews, search behaviour, published prices and audience research. It is operated by the operating entity.
What a score is, and what it is not
A Devotion Score is a measurement derived from public data using a published methodology. It is an assessment, not a statement of fact about any company’s performance, financial position, or the quality of its products or services.
Scores are calculated from evidence available at a point in time. They may be incomplete, may not reflect recent changes, and are limited by what the public record contains about a brand. The methodology page explains how each score is built and what each measure does and does not capture.
Brands do not apply to be included and are not consulted before publication. Inclusion does not imply any relationship between a brand and the operator of this site.
If you are a brand and you disagree with your score
Every published number traces back to the evidence that produced it. If you believe a score rests on an error - the wrong locations measured, a business that has closed, a name matched to the wrong company - write to our contact address and it will be reviewed against the record.
Trade marks and brand names
Brand names, logos and trade marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They are used to identify the brands being measured. Their use here does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
